7. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by email (or by other means if no email address has been provided) and you will have the option to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
Any orders placed by you will be deemed to be an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated confirmation of your order which you receive from us does not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. 8. Right of withdrawal
If you purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), you have the right to cancel any contract you have entered into with us within 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
9. Price and payment
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice to you (except that any changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have sent you a dispatch confirmation).
10. Delivery
We ship our orders with DHL, PostNL, UPS and DPD. Delivery time usually varies between 3-5 business days for shipping within the EU.
If you have placed an order and change your mind after we have dispatched your order, you should return the purchase using the information under subheading 4 of the Terms and Conditions; Right of Withdrawal.
